| 1. | Make a backup of the current application files to an alternate location. |
| 2. | Delete all files from the current application folder. |
| 3. | Extract the new web.exe self-extracting archive to the application folder. |
| 4. | If you were running an older version that stored settings for the application and for the text labels in the Constant file you will need to login as the TBD user and use the Edit Settings and Edit Language options from the TBD Options menu as these settings are now stored in the database. |
| 5. | If any database updates are required the application will notify you upon startup. You can then download the latest DataConverter application from this website and use the DataConverter to update your backend database. If you are using a Microsoft SQL Server database you will also need to download the latest SQL Setup Script to generate the new backend database format before using the DataConverter to move the data from your existing database to the new database. |
