WN Help Desk Web is a web-based help desk application available in two different versions.
WN Help Desk Web Standard uses only a Microsoft Access backend database.
WN Help Desk Web Enterprise can use either an Access backend or a
Microsoft SQL Server backend.
WN Help Desk Web runs under Microsoft Internet Information Server 4.0 or
higher and can be accessed with any modern browser.

as a shareware download for a 30-day evaluation. While the software is designed to run under
Microsoft IIS 4.0 or higher it can be loaded on a workstation class machine running Microsoft
Personal Webserver. Go to the Download
