WN Help Desk Web

WN Help Desk Web is a web-based help desk application that can be used either in conjunction with WN Help Desk, or as a standalone help desk solution. WN Help Desk Web Standard uses only the Microsoft Access backend database, while WN Help Desk Web Enterprise can use either the Access backend or a Microsoft SQL backend. WN Help Desk Web allows your customers and technicians access to the help desk from a standard web browser.

WN Help Desk Web runs under Microsoft Internet Information Server 4.0 or higher and can be accessed with a frames and javascript-compatible browser.

SPECIAL NOTICE: WN Help Desk Web is now available as a shareware download for a 30-day evaluation. While the software is designed to run under Microsoft IIS 4.0 or higher it can be loaded on a workstation class machine running Microsoft Personal Webserver (we recommend Windows 2000 Professional or Windows XP Professional if you wish to evaluate on a non-server class computer.) Go to the Download area to obtain the shareware version of WN Help Desk Web.
