* You can use the software for as many users as you wish, as long as they are all accessing the same shared data file. If you wish to host multiple instances of the help desk software using more than one shared data file then you will need to purchase a license for each shared data file that you are using.

** Support available only by e-mail, no phone support available. After your year has expired you will have the option to purchase additional yearly maintenance agreements. The price for renewal is 50% of the current selling price at the time of renewal.
